To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美國朋友主動話要食呢間,作為香港人傾,我都未試過呢一間老字號。裝修好有香港懷舊特色,感覺以前嘅酒樓就係咁樣嘅間隔。蜜瓜瑤柱燉螺頭(秋冬) ($120): 對於幾時要飲乜嘢湯,冇咗媽咪喺度我真係唔係好清楚,好彩佢哋餐牌上邊有寫住邊一種季節適合飲咩湯,方便可以適時進補。一上堂嘅時候,已經聞到好大浸嘅鹹香味,佢哋加咗豬肉同埋好多瑤柱,真係好足料,蜜瓜香甜潤喉,好耐冇飲過撳香濃嘅中式湯!金菇瑤柱扒豆腐($120): 呢樣係我揀嘅,有印象細個喺酒樓食過,但係好似近來都冇乜見過呢一款懷舊菜,香煎豆腐,配上金菇瑤柱芡汁,識落熱辣辣,最啱就係送白飯($20)! 菠蘿咕嚕肉($140): 呢個係我朋友嗌嘅,佢話喺美國食唔到正宗嘅咕嚕肉,所以每一次去到中式餐廳佢都必點。呢度嘅菠蘿用上新鮮菠蘿,而且咕嚕肉係冇骨嘅,每舊啖啖肉,炸皮唔會過厚全部啱啱好,酸甜度亦都適中!總結:而家去得多新派食肆,其實間唔中離婚懷舊香港老餐廳都唔錯,真係食得返兒時嘅味道,其實呢啲舖頭喺香港真係買少見少,趁而家佢哋仲捱得住嘅時候我哋就應該好好幫襯去支持吓啦。
