今日嚟到位於灣仔嘅杜老誌大飯店,一聽餐廳名仲以為係食老牌中菜館,但其實餐廳已經正式改為火鍋餐廳,好值得試下。餐廳裝修到懷舊香港咁,同家人過嚟睇得好過癮。醬油($15/位)湯底嗌咗沙爹同清湯雙拼手切封門柳($198)- 性價比好高,牛脂分佈平均,肉質嫩滑,一啲渣都無。椒鹽鱔球($95)- 呢個有啲失望,鱔肉好小,舊炸漿都好厚。紫菜炸響鈴($52)- 有六條好掋食,平時食響鈴就多,加紫菜更有口感!稻庭烏冬($38)豆苗($42)
