To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不嬲去開深水埗既分店,呢日下午六點經過香港站既分店,無咩人排隊,可以安靜地嘆番個下午茶,叫左添好運出名既酥皮焗叉燒包,唔知係咪食慣深水埗個間,硬係覺得深水埗分店既叉燒包即叫即出爐熱d同酥皮脆身d,但呢間水準都唔差,都ok既!另外叫了家鄉咸水角同腸粉,感覺都係唔夠熱,可能深水埗人流比較多,d點心keep住蒸出爐,所以會熱騰騰d,下次有時間會去番個邊分店!
