今晚另一半有約,趁空檔去姐姐家,誰知今晚也只她一人,不煮飯,她說最近愛上了黑松露的味道,還說不貴,從家過去只走十五分鐘,早點去吃希望不用等位。在商場內的茶餐廳,懷舊式的佈置。黑松露炒蛋多士$38半熟嫩滑炒蛋上加了黑松露醬,下面放上厚多士,像炒蛋夾著麵包吃,彼有趣又美味。黑松露海皇炒飯 $69熱的炒飯散發著黑松露的香味,飯內有蝦子,真魚塊,魷魚 ....,飯炒成一粒粒,乾身不油,鹹淡度適中,難怪姐姐說不貴及最近的新喜好。懷舊雪糕紅豆冰 (跟餐) +$16單是做型已特別,雪糕用上3粒不同味道的糯米糍,不擔心會很快溶透,粒粒帶甜的紅豆,在煮的時候已加入糖同煮,奶水只有小甜,如換上沙冰,更像小時吃的。蒜泥翠肉瓜$22用上生蒜加醬油撈已灼熟的翠肉瓜,喜蒜味的我感覺甚佳,因勁多蒜蓉。看我們這晚吃剩多少!
