To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記冰室係香港都算係幾出名的茶餐廳,係香港我諗大大話話都應該有10幾間分店,分店咁多自然唔會點擔心佢GE味道。今次同同事去開太古見客,係康怡又剛好見到金記,一於黎個快餐啦!呢間分店以依然以為懷舊風做主題,但懷舊得黎,裝修都幾乾淨整齊,而桌椅唔會排得密密麻麻,都幾寬敞,環境都比一般茶記好,仲有取票機,以防太多人時混亂。 我地6點45去食飯,7點幾之後超多人等位,我地真係好好彩。同同事兩個人叫左甜酸菠蘿生炒骨($70)、雜菌扒時蔬($68)、蕃茄牛脷焗飯($60)同埋黑松露炒滑蛋($70)。甜酸菠蘿生炒骨,好味, 好怕排骨係超多肥肉而一D肉都無,呢度GE排骨係啖啖肉,炸粉唔會太多,酸甜度剛好,唔會偏甜又或者太酸,咬落口仲脆脆地,配上青紅椒同洋蔥去炒,剛好中和肉GE濃膩感。雜菌扒時蔬,時下都市人多肉少菜真係好唔健康,所以見到有菜都特登叫黎食,希望可以平衡下。呢道菜用左白菜、冬菇、雞脾菇、秀珍菇、紅蘿蔔等去炒,味道剛好,夠哂健康。蕃茄牛脷焗飯,超多GE芝士鋪係面,再加止蕃茄醬,牛脷厚切,店家絕對唔孤寒,牛脷牛味濃,肉質彈牙,夠Juicy,炒飯底,食落去更加香口,開胃!黑松露蝦球炒滑蛋,慢火煮G

雜菌扒時蔬,時下都市人多肉少菜真係好唔健康,所以見到有菜都特登叫黎食,希望可以平衡下。呢道菜用左白菜、冬菇、雞脾菇、秀珍菇、紅蘿蔔等去炒,味道剛好,夠哂健康。

蕃茄牛脷焗飯,超多GE芝士鋪係面,再加止蕃茄醬,牛脷厚切,店家絕對唔孤寒,牛脷牛味濃,肉質彈牙,夠Juicy,炒飯底,食落去更加香口,開胃!

黑松露蝦球炒滑蛋,慢火煮GE半熟炒蛋,店家好體貼咁挑走哂D蝦腸先去炒,大大隻GE蝦仁,加左少少鹽同黑松露埋吊味,最後再係面加多一大匙黑松露!加左黑松露,成道菜個檔次即刻高左一層,而且更加色、香、味俱全,絕對值得一試!


提外話: 見到近離枱食左個鐵板燒(雜扒)份量超級多,大大份,味道香噴噴,侍應拎過都忍唔住,吸引住左,下次一定要食。
