To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日諗住去睇戲前食野醫肚先，本身想去果間譚仔裝修，所以就轉戰附近依間'雲桂香'啦，一入去就聞到好香，同埋都好大碗咁，坐底左就即刻搵下有無酸辣湯底，yeah係有ge，二話不說就揀小鍋米線酸辣啦，揀咩配料都揀左一段時間，最後就揀左木耳絲、腩肉，個fd就揀左小鍋麻辣小辣（豬肚、魚腐），再叫左個口水雞因為見到隔離枱果碟都幾吸引口水雞食落都唔錯，不過覺得可以再麻d，我碗酸辣反而覺得唔夠酸，唔係好食得出係酸辣，同埋木耳絲並唔係絲😅同我想像有點出入，味道不過不失，反而鍾意個fd果個麻辣湯底，麻味都幾香，配料方面就無咩特別，係可以填飽肚子而已但下次有機會就試麻辣湯底啦
