成大班朋友約咗去chok墨魚,本身安排好7點上船,到會6點45分送到,點知45分話塞車未送到,等咗15分鐘再打電話去,原來根本啲嘢食司機都未拎,叫我哋再等多15分鐘。去到7點半,到會個客服終於俾咗司機電話我哋,點知個司機原來話佢哋book錯日子,Book咗釣墨魚嘅下一日先送貨,仲要send埋佢哋book車嘅record俾我哋,即係原來從來冇司機接過我哋嘅到會。成班人仲未食嘢,要即刻沖去買嘢食醫肚,搞到8點先上船,大家都知道船家嘅時間唔會改,遲咗一個鐘就係無咗一個鐘…事後搞退款賠償,成日都話要同公司傾,一直唔講賠償方案,之後仲要唔聽我哋電話,成件事極度不負責任,到會有咁多選擇,大家真係唔好揀間咁冇良心嘅公司。
