To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝遲咗出門口,趕住開完會之後喺附近搵間快餐店食早餐,因為已經接近11點,所以叫啲輕can啲嘅食物,叫咗個蜜糖雞扒拼牛乳炒滑蛋,我都未試過食完野之後沖口而出講咗一句 "垃圾"塊雞扒已經係最正常,只不過係溫度得微暖,size得半個手掌心咁大塊。個炒蛋,由食第一啖到最後嗰一啖都係成口蛋殼,我喺度諗緊佢係唔係將成隻雞蛋就咁打爛去炒😡最後塊厚多士,完全冰凍,又烤過頭,仲要浸埋係雞扒啲汁度,救命😖😖😖我估我起碼有一年半載唔會再食大家樂😤😤

塊雞扒已經係最正常,只不過係溫度得微暖,size得半個手掌心咁大塊。

個炒蛋,由食第一啖到最後嗰一啖都係成口蛋殼,我喺度諗緊佢係唔係將成隻雞蛋就咁打爛去炒😡

最後塊厚多士,完全冰凍,又烤過頭,仲要浸埋係雞扒啲汁度,救命😖😖😖

我估我起碼有一年半載唔會再食大家樂😤😤
