To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角燒肉就食得多,見到佢開咗哩間食飯嘅LINE就去試吓,今次叫咗牛肉飯同豬肉飯,同埋加8蚊多咗碗湯同汽水,我見佢單買汽水都要12蚊,咁樣叫係最抵食。牛肉飯食落一般般,冇咩牛肉味同埋都比較甜,配飲品的話可以選擇唔甜嘅會比較好,因為叫咗可樂佢碗飯嘅甜味會令到你覺得可樂冇咩味道。等咗十分鐘度豬肉飯終於都到,又一樣都係甜,所以成餐飯甜度都比較高,不過豬肉嚟講甜味可以帶出肉本身味道,其實都還可以,不過試一次就夠啦。
