To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我一向都是無辣不歡的「辣妹」很喜歡吃川菜。本以為在中環吃川菜會很貴，但原本中環都有些川菜價格合宜，味道又好重要的是－有誠意一到餐廳門口已經很impressed中國風的感覺。好像去了一趟成都以麵類為主食，可選不同的套餐組合，不過價格都挺合宜，愛吃辣的中環OL有福了雖然說起川菜總會聯到辣，不過這裡照顧了不吃辣的人，湯麵類分了紅湯白湯。白湯都同樣滋味，湯底濃郁，每條麵都吸收了湯底精華，好入味點了少辣，好香麻辣味道很合我的口味呢。滿滿的麻辣汁加上了碎肉，令蒸蛋不單調去了一趟成都
