To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然呢間係炮台山嘅一間日本小店,但係夜晚都會滿晒座😯好彩我哋早啲嚟坐低,唔係嘅話就冇位啦。晚餐牌都有好多選擇:有炸物、有刺身、有熱食...呢度都係主打熱食,所以冇壽司。首先叫晚市定食嘅話都會有前菜送,今日係粟米紫菜薯蓉。個薯蓉係凍嘅,唔係好似西式嘅薯蓉,係比較有口感嘅,同埋佢加咗黑椒,所以會食到有黑椒味,比較清淡。呢個係見到牆上面貼住推介嘅單點🐔炸雞($65 五件)好大舊嘅雞😯,一開始以為係細細舊果D。炸得好味,D漿唔係好厚。差唔多每次都叫呢個🐷沖繩炸豬排($98 淨食)真係大過隻手😆女人一個人食唔晒😅個脆皮都唔係好厚,但係唔係好鬆脆果種,有點硬嘅口感。塊豬排好腍同埋厚,唔嚡。🐟鰹魚刺身凍蕎麥麵 ($98)第一次食鰹魚刺身,所以覺得個味比較特別,唔係幾啱我口味😅但係刺身好新鮮,都有五件。蕎麥面冇乜味,但係係一條條,唔會黐埋一齊,點D凍豉油就好味。🍛日式咖喱牛肉飯 ($68)份量好大,成座山咁,但係個咖喱得個甜味冇乜咖喱味😓,呢個餐就唔係幾好。🐷酢味噌燒豬軟骨熱烏冬($78)有好多舊豬軟骨,豬軟骨都腍,但係就會比較乾同埋冇乜汁,因為佢係燒嘅做法。佢個汁係甜嘅,有蜜糖味。我哋五位總共$63
