我係潮州人,從前常常食祖母煮的潮州菜。現在祖母90歲了,間中我都很懷念潮州菜的味道。九龍城美食多,其中有一間我很喜愛的潮州打冷菜館,今天特登同家人去食。潮州打冷首先一定要叫滷水鵝拼盤。滷水鵝片肥瘦剛好,啖啖肉。加上秘製滷水汁,色香味俱全。拼盤仲有鵝腸、鵝腎、紅腸、豬耳、墨魚、豬頸肉、豆腐等等,好豐富。韭菜豬紅 : 無諗過咁大碗,好好味。豬紅竟然比韭菜多很多,豬紅鲜嫩美味,但又有點結實,口感一流。韭菜新鮮。不過有點辣及油,如果係食得辣的朋友就值得挑戰下。潮州蠔仔粥。又係潮州菜之中好吸引的美食,超足料蠔粥大大碗,蠔仔都係大大粒,新鮮肥美,唔會煮得過熟。蠔仔帶出成碗粥的豐富海鮮味道和獨特口感。啫啫通菜炒得超爽口又無渣,加埋大大隻蝦乾肉碎好惹味。酸甜咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜,肉質嫩滑,小朋友好中意食。唔記得左講,一坐低仲有碟餐前開胃小食,酸菜同花生,落左單慢慢嘆返下D小食,一家人傾下計,真係好開心。
