半年前在三田製麵所外排隊時發現到開業不久的The point,一直想找機會試試,剛好今日由赤柱郊遊回來,所坐的40號綠色小巴總站剛好就在旁邊。17:45先走去訂位,那時客人還沒有很多,轉了一個圈回來,全店已差不多滿座,那刻還蠻慶幸自己有訂位的。甫入店內,感覺既嘈吵又擠迫,加上急速而強勁的音樂,感覺抵銷了原本樓底高帶來的空間感,以及裝潢佈置上的清新舒適。在這兒消費滿$300以上可以累積Asia miles里數,對於訂位時店員提出用餐時間60分鐘也沒有很注意。先來迷迭香烤法國春雞,原整一隻剛好每人一邊。春雞size非常細小,金黃色的外皮微脆,肉質軟身但仍不免有點乾,整個春雞或配菜味道偏淡,蘸一蘸附上的蘑菇汁會令口感比較好。蕃茄肉醬意粉配溫泉蛋的確是經典菜式,視覺上份量比平時少,雖然眼見有很多芝士和黑椒,但入口味道偏淡帶,略帶甜味。肉碎下了頗多,幸好溫泉蛋的蛋黃香豐富了原有的味道,雖然感覺比較健康,但習慣重口味的朋友要調節一下味蕾才行。說到比較特色的甜品一定要數這兒的pizza雪糕,它算是法式薄餅的變奏版。我們點了Banana heaven,六寸大小的薄薄pizza皮上墊滿了香蕉片,上面再放
