To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到南山午餐。萄國雞皇飯-儘管黃色的萄汁的確較鮮色，有點像螢光黃色😨，但味道還不俗，沒有辣味，輕微椰汁味。除了雞之外還有洋荵、蘑菇、紅蘿蔔，多元化😁。此店自稱此飯為雞皇實在謙卑😌，大大件雞球令人大快朵頤☺️，與肯德基的「雞皇飯」相比美味而大件得多，肯德基的就像是碎雞粒；這個萄國雞則大件滑雞球👍🏿😁，完全沒乾雞。凍檸茶也比想像中美味得多。平日的新式茶餐廳，茶味都很淡，這兒的凍檸茶居然濃香😀，也帶檸香，鮮檸伴濃茶，一流！員工均服務殷勤有禮，但其實堂食$37，只匆匆坐了半小時，外賣$28的話的確划算得多🤔。
