今日中秋節, 走過上環, 想起大閘蟹既季節又來了, 雖然未算最當造時候, 不過見今日過節咁開心, 不如就同家人一齊食下大閘蟹啦. 永利威原來都幾耐歷史, 在舖頭見到光緒年間的袓先畫像, 本身係從事酒業的, 而家賣埋蟹, 呢度既蟹分別黎自陽澄湖同太湖.食大閘蟹時, 通常都會有花雕酒作為良伴, 呢度有唔同年份選擇老闆都幾貼心, 係咭片背後寫埋煮法, 唔使驚返到屋企唔記得好緊張, 小妹咁大個女第一次整大閘蟹似乎隻蟹仲緊張過我.....我地買左支二十年花雕, 老闆話係最醇, 飲落真係好好味, 味帶甜, 入口香醇, 唔會有好濃烈既感覺, 我好鐘意, 不過飲飲下唔覺唔覺都會幾易醉架登登! 蒸好了! 其實都幾容易丫! 小妹本身鐘意食公多D, 貪D膏夠CREAMY, 但呢個時候因為未當造, 所以乸D膏都未變硬, 仲係CREAMY, 而公D膏就未夠多一打開, 嘩, 好正! 金黃色的!一咬落去, 頓時有被溶化的感覺! 乜野脂肪卡路里都唔理啦! 真係好好味呀! 十月我會再接再厲! 等我呀!
