To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日第一次去諗住試下, 可惜無卡位... 所以無入到去今日再去, 一入到去... 見到啲裝修佈置, 對唔住, 好想講句 "有啲九唔搭八囉"下午茶, 炒粉麵飯都要$28, 本諗住收得咁嘅價錢, 應該有番咁上下水準啦... 仲要個名叫"名廚" 點知....同事叫咗星洲炒米, 而我就叫咗咖哩牛腩飯...先講咖哩牛腩飯飯同汁分開上, 飯好多。但係好可惜, 啲咖哩一啲都唔好食牛腩, 好鞋! 好韌! 又肥... 唉!!! 薯仔... 唔知到底係蕃薯定薯仔... 雖然甜甜地, 但係個樣好似擺咗10幾年咁, 黑黑地...有5舊牛腩, 亦只得3舊食得, 唯有用啲麻麻地嘅汁撈飯食... 只係食咗一半至於星洲炒米同事亦話只屬一般水準, 既稱不上難食, 又稱不上好味... 基本上, 真係唔值28蚊, 叫我比28蚊, 我寧願去阿x廚房, 既快, 又好味...

飯同汁分開上, 飯好多。但係好可惜, 啲咖哩一啲都唔好食
牛腩, 好鞋! 好韌! 又肥... 唉!!!
薯仔... 唔知到底係蕃薯定薯仔... 雖然甜甜地, 但係個樣好似擺咗10幾年咁, 黑黑地...
有5舊牛腩, 亦只得3舊食得, 唯有用啲麻麻地嘅汁撈飯食... 只係食咗一半

至於星洲炒米

同事亦話只屬一般水準, 既稱不上難食, 又稱不上好味...



基本上, 真係唔值28蚊, 叫我比28蚊, 我寧願去阿x廚房, 既快, 又好味...
Other Info. : 真係未試過比咁低分, 對唔住都要講句, 真係好難食囉!
