To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 精緻的前菜✨ 元朗壽司之神的廚師發辦Omakase 🍣。我懷疑大家都看不到食物在哪裡了😂 因為擺盤實在太華麗了!。除了漬醃魷魚外,最令人驚艷的就是自家製的南瓜豆腐!真的充滿濃郁的南瓜香和豆香!。而沙律是用上了蛋黃醬調上少許醋,十分清新醒胃。。漬物我也十分喜歡,尤其是牛蒡,爽脆美味!。廣島蠔肥美得有令人升仙之感✨。整體而言,我偏愛夏季的菜單,因為爽口清新成了晚宴的主調,略帶酸味的菜式更是我的至愛!讓微酸成了優雅出彩的配角✨✨✨。又務必要預約吧枱!!壽司一次過去來有一種去了普通連瑣壽司店的感覺。
