To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次寫食評, 我決定將"賣飛弗"的西餐廳, 為大家介紹一下!! 不過佢係樓上舖, 無咁顯眼囉!!~ 佢响正小弟住所附近,  所以一放假得閒, 就會去嗰度食下野沙律, 雜菜一堆....重要是佢既黑醋汁, 酸中帶甜, 有食朋友話:"可能佢既黑醋有年份架??!!"實質如何, 無考證過....不過係開胃既  食過宏宏眾多卡邦尼意粉, 佢都可是首選囉!!佢係OPEN KITCHEN, 睇住佢即叫即做, 打雞蛋校味...不止汁好味道, 還有意粉質地, 煮得剛剛好, 新鮮奉上。羊架, 每一次食到最後...我會屠手連骨都齒埋,因為佢勝在無加添鬆肉粉既怪味道, 真係會食到羊架真正既味道, 而薯菜都煮得好有心機, 有長邊豆、瓜伴隨, 平衡返羊架既油脂
