雞冇雞味但有雪味海南雞飯的雞是凍的，冇味，只係用醬令到佢有味，但係變成好鹹雞冬䕃功粉又係，雞冇味，靠好鹹的湯黎令佢有味。所謂的燒腩仔，其實係炸有豬皮的肥豬肉。炸到又硬又乾，勁難食！
