To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係沒有訂位下在除夕夜都即係有位都算好彩,皆因我未夠7點入座,快人一步囉。忽然想吃壽司又想吃壽喜燒,於是入來試吓。叫了三文魚壽司,海膽手卷,一些卷物咁啦,價錢不算太貴,味道ok,不過不失。略嫌海膽手卷嘅海膽份量少左啲,可能我以為至少有兩口咬,一啖之後就只有飯,感覺差少少。後來嘅壽喜燒,牛肉片就好夠,菜亦算多,煱夠熱,但隻蛋落埋左一邊,賣相差dd,而且冇金菇,冬菇得一粒就孤寒左少少囉。好彩甘粟紫薯餅,炸得好,熱辣辣送上,又有咬口,好食!我只係覺得ok咋,但門口好多人等位同埋有咁多like, 我估我冇叫到最好食嘅菜式掛🤪
