Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 錯在米芝蓮的光芒來得太快,平時我都知道brass spoon但經歷完那個真實的名單出來後,brass spoon更長,我這個慕名而來的小伙子,只能望門輕嘆。 心癮是,我說過食Pho就要食,於是拿出電話開openrice個app。 上次在九龍城吃過了那個不錯的Pho後,那心癮依舊末除,於是離開brass spoon,在openrice找附近找有越南菜的地方,我找到了大有的商場裡,一間叫安南的餐廳。 當然不用排隊直入是常識,不過我同樣找到了美味的Pho,這個Pho絕不能和那間比較,但如果你像我在附近來吃一口,絕對不是問題。 飲品我選了經典的青檸梳打,成罐梳打水俾你,有好有唔好,好的是你可以自己去選擇那濃度,不好的就是沒有飲品自己的個性。 另外的那個杯熱滴漏咖啡,咖啡味濃,飲出的是那個地道味道,這個選擇較青檸梳打好。 不是太肚餓,來到簡單吃了幾樣東西,當然不能錯過Pho,安南生牛肉湯河,湯底味濃,加上那個生牛肉鮮嫩度高,河粉絕對是吸入了那湯頭的日月精華,還有那些薄荷葉,洋蔥,蔥頭,幾樣簡單的東西,帶給你越南故志明市的回憶。 有點錯配的,是那碗越南河加左幾條生菜,有少少大煞風

不是太肚餓,來到簡單吃了幾樣東西,當然不能錯過Pho,安南生牛肉湯河,湯底味濃,加上那個生牛肉鮮嫩度高,河粉絕對是吸入了那湯頭的日月精華,還有那些薄荷葉,洋蔥,蔥頭,幾樣簡單的東西,帶給你越南故志明市的回憶。

有點錯配的,是那碗越南河加左幾條生菜,有少少大煞風景,似告訴你,其實你仲係香港。

當然要吃點菜,通菜是想也不用想的選擇,不過菜好像炒得未太有鑊氣,不過有炸蒜有辣椒令佢美味和回魂不少。

試得生牛河,當然不能錯過大頭蝦,這個配搭好像是越南菜便吃的選擇,我選擇了蒜蓉牛油焗大頭蝦,上場的一刻,氣派不凡,這種大頭蝦也是香港少見的。

用上勁多香草香料來作配襯,那個蝦身沾上了無窮的牛油和蒜香,肉質咬下去非常爽口,而蝦頭的膏呈鮮橙色,用口吮下整個蝦頭,那個滿足感更勝蝦身。

蝦腳非常長,不過要好有心機先食到,睇你幾愛吃蝦了,然而蝦腳特別吃到那個用炭燒過的香味。

簡單吃了幾樣典型的越型菜,味道中上,只不過你像我抱著試米芝蓮的心來吃次選,當然不公平,這裡的價錢也非常經濟,如果你在灣仔想食Pho,你不一定要嘗米芝蓮的味道,我告訴你安南絕對是一個不錯的選擇。
