我好鍾意食大頭蝦既蝦膏,簡單簡灼都夠我食好多隻,但香港好多地方都係燒,我唔太喜歡~睇食評有間「蝦棧」有大頭蝦食,第一時間約我honey去食蝦~今次叫左4樣野:1)奶油蝦 2)鹽煮北寄貝 3)黑白墨魚卷 4)灼花螺第一味上檯係北寄貝,我比100分,新鮮既食材、簡單既煮法、熟度剛剛好,無得頂。湯有濃濃既胡椒味~I like it!我飲曬d湯~~不過honey唔喜歡胡椒~第二味係黑白墨魚卷,70分,炸到脆卜卜,honey好喜歡,但我就覺得普通無驚喜(可能我對食物太高要求)第三味奶油蝦,85分,蝦好新鮮,膏又好正,肉唔會過熟,唯一扣左少少分係汁太咸啦。其實d汁充滿牛油味,再加上洋蔥本來無得頂,敗在太咸。(為左下次再黎食有驚喜,我同老闆反映左)第四味係花螺,無特別,唔多講結構:等我honey病完我會再去食麻油雞呢~~~~~^_^
