To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前些時日,與朋友去青衣城逛街,順道去「元氣壽司」吃午餐。壽司店裡店面不大,座位不算多,整體環境極簡風格,給人很悠閒的感覺。我們首先點了一份炸蠔壽司,中落蠔肉鮮嫩多汁,外悉炸得金黃酥脆,吃起來滋味無比。另外一道章魚燒也令人驚喜,章魚粒粒每一口都帶著香甜的口感。除此之外,店家還提供很多精緻小玩意,像是章魚仔、蛋壽司、雞翼等,口感都恰到好處,尤其是蛋壽司鮮嫩順口,簡直讓人吃不夠。最後,一包小份的支豆也能夠打發,而且價格公道。每一道都很滿意。以後再去青衣,「元氣壽司」也是必定光臨的地點。
