To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為慶祝朋友F 就來做老豆, 朋友B同我就趁佢重可以出來食下飯吹下水, 就一於同佢食返餐好野。朋友F 之前住長沙灣附近, 所以提議左去呢間開飯。由地鐵行過去要行10分鐘, 果然响香港要食平靚正嘅野係需要一d腳骨力嘅。一去到門口, 可能只係六點幾, 門口只係得小貓3幾隻, 出奇地唔需要等好耐位就入得。3 個人點左4款小菜。鐵板黑椒豬手: 上枱時黑椒的香味隨着鐵板的熱力擴散至整個食店, 令人食慾大振! 落刀切時豬手鬆軟非常, 件頭十足。色、香都得高分。味道方面, 黑椒略嫌過濃過咸, 原本豬手的味道被蓋過。另肉質太軟倒是見人見智, 我自己就偏好有少少咬口的。所以味就只合格。黃金鮮魷: 咸蛋黃十分重手足料, 炸後控油亦算合格, 整體不俗。豉油皇生蠔: 較差的一味, 豉油皇不夠香, 生蠔亦嫌乾身。蒜蓉白菜仔: 普通的炒菜仔一碟, 不作評語。

Other Info. : 作為明星飯堂, 菜單上的菜色確實比一般大排檔多及特別, 如鐵板黑椒豬手, 放眼10枱客起碼有5至6隻, 噱頭十足。今次只有3個人未能試盡所有推介菜式。下次一於多叫幾個來再試。
