To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假約咗朋友喺九龍塘打波,打完波成身汗水,咁梗係要沖個涼先啦,沖完涼個肚又覺得空虛喎,於是問吓朋友,喂食唔食飯?點知佢哋個個異口同聲話,「梗係食啦,餓個死人啦! 」跟住就有人提議或浸會醫院隔離,有間冰室幾好食,仲話係連鎖㗎喎,質素應該有返咁上下,同埋係靚裝修,又坐得舒服嘅。行左15分鐘左右,我哋終於到啦,可能時間尚早先6點令,餐廳唔算多人。我望咗一陣個Menu,發現佢價錢都唔貴喎,屬於正常,四十幾五十幾蚊個飯,咁我就帶咗一個鹹魚雞粒炒飯,又幾好味喎。
