一間陪著港人長大的星級酒店,在幾年時間內「東山再起」確是令我,對她有點情意結,可是未能抽空來坐坐,便托姊姊進行採購任務。店員說,基本上沒有特別包裝for 外帶macroon。所以如果我們有其他東西買,便放在蛋糕紙盒/紙袋內,或許會變形。求食味的我,是不驅這小節。Black Truffle Macaroon $20,是這裡的招牌。皮不是太脆,但沒想過黑松露味道是如此突出!因為剛在雪櫃拿出來,內裡的軟朱古力餡,須小小o趙口。但整體是非常令人滿意。P-Pot de crème $48,又另一令我醉生夢死之作!面那朕dark choc漿+ milk choc creme,絕對不甜,真的不懂形容那種texture,感覺就是,稀稠平衡、起沙的朱古力糊。實在不捨得吃完。Chocolate Muffin $20,OMG!放了兩天才吃,蛋糕依然鬆軟,又不笠口。朱古力味,我沒話可說,是從未吃過如此朱古力的朱古力muffin。~Cinnamon Bun $20,雖然是幾油膩,但正因此,酥皮keep到那種牛油酥皮的層次,和麵糰的香甜。還有掃了大量糖漿,再焗,那份燒焦香,加上玉桂粉/蘋果/金提子。個子小小賣$2
