To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我懷念的肉丸

今天最曉食和男友又出動了。最近，我倆都很懷念肉丸的味道！故男友便到沙田和我一起吃IKEA。早上未夠十二時已到達。開始了午飯時間不久。倆人都餓了，便快快點食物吃。男友點了燒春雞配蔬菜薯餅。很大隻雞呀！味道不差。雞的肉質很幼嫩，很稔，配上汁來吃是很不錯。蔬菜薯餅的味道也不差！最曉食和男友都很喜歡。內裡有西蘭花，薯仔和香濃的芝士味。當然不小得我們當天的主角，肉丸配意粉。自從肉丸事件之後，都再沒有吃肉丸了。今次吃起來，肉味明顯不同。沒有以前那麼香濃。配起汁和果醬，也十分好味。最曉食未吃過的蘋果批。餅皮也廷多，正合最曉食心水。蘋果粒也很多，稔稔的，甜甜的。今天很滿足呀！
