There is new open sushi restaurant in CWB. I checked the comments in open rice and booked the tabel for 6 ppl. The food and service were totally disappointed. 1. The choice of food was very limited. There are around 10 hot dishes e.g. curry crab was sold off and without replacement around 7:30 p.m.2. Gill 和牛and 爐端燒, there was only one boy to make 爐端燒. You have to wait around 30-45 minutes for one stick of 爐端燒. The quality of 和牛 was very bad. I don't think it is 和牛 which is very dry and not hot

2. Gill 和牛and 爐端燒, there was only one boy to make 爐端燒. You have to wait around 30-45 minutes for one stick of 爐端燒. The quality of 和牛 was very bad. I don't think it is 和牛 which is very dry and not hot enough.
3. 刺身scallop - The waiter gave only one or two pieces to you and he is not willing to give more to you.
4. 湯冬蔭公 - very salty and 超難飲
5. Dessert- I saw Chocolate cake and which was sold off around 8 p.m. Again, the choice was very limited. There are only one choice of cake and other thail dessert.
More importantly, I believe previous comments were written by themselves. I will never try this restaurant again. 一次就夠
