每逢自己生日,我都會搵個best friend黎小菜王食小菜,剩食餸唔叫白飯。今年都唔例外。星期五夜晚黎到接近8點,外面等候既食客仲有幾十人,我地等左接近半個鐘先可以入去。我地2個人,叫左4樣餸。豉椒炒蜆,4隻扇貝,4隻聖子皇同避風塘九肚魚。炒蜆係最正既,有少少牛油味,D肉大粒又入晒味,無沙,唔會好似出面既餐廳甘得殼無肉。扇貝略嫌唔夠濕同埋蒸老左。聖子皇都好正,同炒蜆一樣有少少牛油味,D肉好爽。避風塘九肚魚係餐牌上面係無既,餐牌上面得椒鹽九肚魚。不過須知道呢類交換配搭經常有,出黎既結果都好正。炸蒜包住既九肚魚,外脆內軟啱啱好。可惜就係食左頭3樣已經夠晒飽,碟九肚魚格硬食都食唔晒。
