因為屋企人生日而佢又鍾意食大排檔,所以我哋今次就俾佢選擇,佢就揀咗深水埗依間餐廳。我哋去到嘅時候唔算10分多人因為分開咗三間舖,我哋叫咗幾個小菜,但係我哋最後嗌嘅梅菜扣肉我哋食完飯都未到我哋就話取消唔要。整體嘢食我覺得今次會比之前冇咁好食,而且好似係整定好快就嚟到同埋啲餸係偏凍身。肉排微微酸,配上沙律醬感覺不太好吃,可能因為餸菜凍咗嘅原因。金銀蛋菜係比較正常而且份量多。雞嘅感覺好似份量偏小,而且冇乜肉。另外個煲我就覺得偏鹹,價錢亦都好似感覺上比之前貴冇咁抵食。

某月某日陪老友去買電腦,路過見一整列5間店,更有不少人在門口排隊,所以約定下次要一齊試。11月4日book了6pm開飯,可能一早預訂關係,提供的4人枱很闊落,我們叫了椒鹽魷魚、魚香茄子煲、XO醬炒翠玉瓜、小炒王、豉汁白鱔,再加兩碗白飯和兩支啤酒,食咗$789,唔算十分貴!朋友說魚香茄子煲不好吃,其他食物都不算驚為天人,只是一般般的大排檔水準。自攜酒水不會另收開瓶費,可惜現場唔提供冰塊,如要冰桶就要另購冰塊,即使order佢哋大支裝啤酒亦都冇冰,算係美中不足!餐廳好嘈,環境一般,仲見到有隻四腳蛇,但適合大班人聚會,因為d餸菜很大碟,吵吵鬧鬧、嘻嘻哈哈又一餐。

探完住喺深水埗嘅朋友,諗起附近有間類似排檔嘅食肆~小菜王,今晚食佢! 因為都九點幾,簡單啲叫三味就算。百花小棠菜椒鹽鮮魷咖喱海鮮炒飯首先到嘅係佢,椒鹽鮮魷,一擺低果陣鑊氣同味道就開始進攻我味蕾,我亦開始「進攻」佢,魷魚身唔硬唔韌,易咬,味道剛好。咖哩海鮮炒飯,好大碟,炒飯我最基本要求~啲飯一粒粒,唔油就得,佢仲要加埋鑊氣夠,咖哩嘅味道剛剛好,真係好出色,如果真係要「挑骨頭」,只能話「料」小啲,可能多啲「料」會更加好。最後一味,百花小棠菜,呢味之前朋友帶我嚟食過,印象深刻,所以今次特登叫返同推薦俾女友食,我對小棠菜真係無特別好感,但呢個煮法能另我對佢百份之二佰對佢改觀,出面層皮煎炸到好脆同香口,入面包有蝦滑嘅小棠菜經煎炸後變得彈牙有口感,跟本就無食菜呢個感覺~正!明明話想簡單啲食,結果因為佢嘅大碟,我哋只能完成「一半任務」,另一半唯有打包。呢類類似排檔嘅食肆真係唔多,食得嘅每區真係一間起二間止,所以大家有時間真係要幫襯多啲,食嘅係鑊氣食嘅係情懷。回頭度:8/10真係好味,呢啲味道唔係一般茶餐廳,冰室可以做到!

最後一味,百花小棠菜,呢味之前朋友帶我嚟食過,印象深刻,所以今次特登叫返同推薦俾女友食,我對小棠菜真係無特別好感,但呢個煮法能另我對佢百份之二佰對佢改觀,
出面層皮煎炸到好脆同香口,入面包有蝦滑嘅小棠菜經煎炸後變得彈牙有口感,跟本就無食菜呢個感覺~正!
明明話想簡單啲食,結果因為佢嘅大碟,我哋只能完成「一半任務」,另一半唯有打包。

返工手尾門出到嚟都七點幾,啲舊同事食住小食等。留咗隻八爪魚仔俾我,不過呢度啲八爪魚唔係平時食開嗰啲染色,食落都幾彈牙。另外靜咗少少中華沙律,呢樣冇評論都係交貨嘢。先叫咗個蒜蓉開邊蝦正常發揮基本上最鍾意食佢啲蒜,真係好香。基本上今晚最失望嘅係兩樣炸嘢。炸豬大腸又乾又柴,冇乜肉食。炸乳鴿太過火,有少少苦味。跟住轉一轉食返個豉汁蒸大鱔,呢個啲鮮肉係做得幾好夠爽脆。跟住又炒咗個芥蘭,個芥蘭太淋完全唔爽脆冇蒜味冇薑汁。後來有個同事來又鍾意食鱔,決定再嗌多一碟鱔,另外再加多個薑蔥蠔。個蠔薄薄一層粉漿包住,都係正常發揮,d蠔都幾飽滿。跟住加咗個風沙骨,粗略估計都有十粒不過骨多個肉。最好食都係風沙裏面啲腰果。希望下次聚會再嚟食嘅時候,冇今次咁大落差就好啦。

我們四人,都是本地人,首次光顧這店。我們說本地話(粵語),和下單服務員沒有語言障碍。下單時,我們手拿店中供給客人的菜譜(即相片),點指菜譜中的“油浸旬殼”標價為$125 (見相片)給服務員,另加其他。下單後,結帳單並沒有即時打印給我們核對。如餐後離去時,給我們的結帳單中,“油浸旬殼”一項,變為"時價荀殼魚“收費$398,是菜譜上原價的三倍多!在我們抗議下,店員辯說給我們的是大魚。但事實是在下單時,服務員並沒有說給我們大魚,也沒有說荀殼魚是要收時價及時價是多少錢。

Other Info. : 今時今日,香港的食肆行業,很多方面都面臨深圳的競爭,如再多加一些害群之馬,欺騙顧客,不單雪上加霜,損害行業,更令香港形象下降。

今晚交智商稅叫三個餸椒鹽白飯魚,色水好,但暖的,不是剛炸出來,不合格蒜蓉蒸蝦,10 両,蝦可以,但成碟暖,冇蒸氣,失敗豉椒炒蜆,等30 分鐘到,暖的冇炒味,打回頭,再等20 分鐘,再另一碟小熱,但味道不對,冇豆豉味,冇椒味,失敗失敗小菜王,人氣旺盛,星期六晚飯等位要45 分鐘,地方OK, 整體清潔,但是,食物水準未如期望,門口鐵皮屋,火光熊熊,看來只是做show, 拿上桌上的食物,碟碟不知所謂,看來香港🇭🇰的食物水平下降
