To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家茶餐廳在美孚新村附近,湊巧送完孩子在荔枝角公園上網球課,於是過來試一下這家餐廳。結果味道讓我非常的驚喜,讓我幾乎每一周都要過來,必須吃一次。我今天要隆重推薦我在這家餐廳最愛吃的一個飯,男女老少相宜的一個蒸飯就是。鹹蛋蒸肉餅飯,這個飯真的非常好吃,真的非常的嫩,小朋友很愛吃,一點都不熱氣,吃這個飯能吃兩大碗,然後這個飯有一個比較麻煩的問題,就是他需要提前30分鍾,制作的時間比較長。我們另外還點了四季豆椒鹽豬扒飯,然後還點了一個芥兰作爲青菜,另外我們還點了一個黑椒牛仔骨,作爲肉食類的主菜。我覺得他家的菜品整體有點偏鹹,但是味道確實是不錯的。人均90左右,如果有enjoy卡200以上還可以9折
