To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚男友搞驚喜，一早問定巴藉朋友有咩好餐廳介紹，佢就推薦左呢間餐廳，而且仲早一日去食，影左餐牌圈晒邊啲推薦美食比我哋！除咗我對炒飯興趣不大，基本上樣樣都想試；而個人首選必定係羊！今晚點了Lamb doner with chepati，如果只吃羊肉粒會有啲乾，但將羊肉、生菜、蕃茄、紅洋蔥加醬汁夾在薄餅包內一起吃！好好味！呢款薄餅就係用黎配羊肉碎一齊食，口感比較煙韌用黎夾羊肉、蔬菜，好清爽。Lamb  Karahi～第一口感覺有點辣，之後就習慣左仲食到好香嘅咖哩味添！Sesame Naan 食落口感好鬆軟好似食緊芝麻包食印巴菜必點Mango Lassi 好smooth 好好味
