一直都好想去發明珍珠奶茶嘅始祖一台中春水堂學習沖珍珠奶茶的配方與秘訣。唔知點解係我心目中春水堂的珍珠奶茶真係特別好飲,係每次去台灣的必食餐廳。好彩近呢幾年,香港開咗好多間春水堂,飛唔到去台灣都可以一解我對珍珠奶茶的相思之苦。🤣上次同小朋友去咗東涌東薈城分店。當然必點凍珍珠茉香奶茶,大大杯,珍珠爽口彈牙,大滿足。下午時間但有啲肚餓👅,所以叫咗一碗麻辣牛肉麵(半筋半肉)。我最鍾意啲牛筋煮得好淋但又爽口,好似食緊滿滿的膠質。不過麻辣湯底就沒有什麼香味,下次都係叫返紅燒牛肉麵好食啲😁
