To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我無記錯，我應該之前都有寫過明發餃子嘅食評，我覺得佢係全港數一數二嘅餃子，我每次去到深水埗都心郁郁想去食！以前喺舊舖食就懷舊風味重d要，而家搬咗去新舖細間咗，裝修又新潮咗，都係掛住舊舖多d！Anyway，d嘢食依然係咁好味！碗仔翅呢度嘅翅係我細個食嘅味道，自己一個人嚟就食唔晒全部嘢，所以我同bf嚟又或者朋友嚟，都會叫碗碗仔翅share。湯鴛鴦餃 (椰菜/韭菜)餃子每日即場包，材料新鮮，由第一次食就即刻愛上。椰菜餃入面唔止有椰菜，仲有冬菇同沙角，超鮮甜。韭菜餃入面除咗有豬肉、韭菜，仲有蝦米同馬蹄，少少鹹香味，好正！煎鴛鴦餃 (椰菜/韭菜)湯餃同煎餃同樣可以叫晒兩款，餃皮夠薄，香煎後脆口。韭菜+肉鮮味香濃，一咬落去肉汁吱晒出嚟！椰菜煎餃相對無咁出色，湯椰菜餃比較襯！

呢度嘅翅係我細個食嘅味道，自己一個人嚟就食唔晒全部嘢，所以我同bf嚟又或者朋友嚟，都會叫碗碗仔翅share。
