To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金飯館禮拜一嘅下晝難得朋友放假，過嚟搵我食個午餐，佢話推介附近一間最近都幾多人幫襯嘅餐廳當而家試吓啦，最重要係佢哋嘅招牌係椒鹽豬扒飯即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯呢個邪惡得來又非常之好味，果然係即叫即炸，食起上嚟都已經覺得火候十足，上枱更加係打卡之前，佢哋用左炒飯底做，就算平時唔鍾意食飯嘅我都覺得依個十分之好味，直情係將成碗飯食晒，今晚都唔使再食飯，佢哋嘅色香味俱全煮得啱啱好，豬扒嘅份量都幾多秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯另外朋友叫咗個沙嗲牛肉飯到要一開始以為普通嘅沙嗲牛肉飯都唔會咁出色啦，點知佢哋煮起上嚟又係另一種風味，佢哋嘅沙嗲，非常之入味，仲要配上蘭王旦，佢哋嘅特色就係蛋味十足椒鹽雞翼最後叫咗一個小食，絕對係美妙之處唔到依個椒鹽雞翼度椒鹽同埋炸雞翼啱啱好，十分之夾估唔到喺牛頭角都可以搵到依間咁出色嘅餐廳，雖然價錢算比較貴但係絕對物超抵食
