每個月都會嚟我嘅飯堂蝦蝦燒獨自偷去歡。唔使講佢啲食材一定係新鮮,乾淨又生猛。我最期待就係佢送嘅超級肥美嘅串燒,啲肉厚得彈牙,油脂豐富。而家減肥中,傳統感覺唔可以大吃大喝,但嚟呢度可以任食優質蛋白質有:蝦、鮑魚、帶子、鱔、生蠔、花螺、蚌、魷魚,兩個半鐘夠晒我食。佢啲調味料中我最愛泰式生蝦醬加蒜蓉,又香又辣澱粉質選擇有小蕃薯,減肥一定要食少少澱粉質。食一串,已經夠。呢度嘅酒水選擇好多,特別由韓國入口嘅飲品非常多,實有一款你鍾意。晚市超多人,記得訂位呀!千萬不要浪費食物!
