To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日跟總管及Min姐來個下午茶聚會, 來到金鐘, 時候尚早, 但還未吃午餐, 不如就來一風堂的新店吃碗麵吧. 下午兩時許, 人客也不少, 不過就不用等位, 能夠直接入座了. 上次在尖沙咀分店試過一風堂叉燒角包, 令人難忘, 是日來到, 當然不能錯過, 另外也要了客沾麵.博多沾麵 $78: 8分, 不想吃得太多, 就要了客普通的, 賣$78, 如果轉為吃大碗的, 就是$88一客. 麵條質感不俗, 有咬口, 把麵條放入湯底中, 是能夠掛到不少麵汁. 這個湯底, 當然是比較濃烈一點, 面頭的脆米幾香脆的, 而切條上的叉燒肥中大瘦, 也不俗.吃完麵之後, 再叫店員把清湯加入湯底, 那就不算太鹹.元祖一風堂叉燒角包 $28: 8分, 跟上次吃到的比, 是熱度有點不太對辦, 只算溫溫吞吞. 這客原自紐約一風堂的菜色, 叉燒還算嫩滑, 醬汁入味, 加上生菜夾在角包內, 還是味美的, 只是沒有上次吃到的驚艷感覺.雖然店子才是第一天試業, 水準還是能夠保持到, 店員態度也不錯. 價位方面, 計及這裡的地段, 其實是合理的.吃完麵, 不如就到隔壁來點甜吧.
