搵咗好耐,去過好多地方,香港越來越少街頭特色小食類型,基本上很少地方,用好考究嘅功夫去到小食,西灣河太安樓同大圍嘅小食係唔錯嘅地方,但係對於九龍居住人士嚟講就真係太遠!深水埗雖然有好多街頭小食,但係大多數都千編一律,冇乜太大特色,醬汁選擇都係差唔多,太大眾化,冇特別令人回味嘅衝動估唔到西九龍中心8樓[湯串哥]小食,真係有回味嘅衝動,特色醬汁,碰巧手嘅湯底配合,特別濃郁入味,而且有新鮮感,兼且店主用心製作,先係最讓人感受到,唔係求其.是但.隨便就算!用心嘅食物,一定會有人感受到。
