To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年要戒口,冇得食蟹,今年終於可以放口大膽食返蟹喇~~~原來富臨最近推出了一個極品黃油蟹餐於是約左幾個嗜蟹之人,去左其中一人屋企附近的富臨特登揀平日夜晚去,冇咁逼人這個極品黃油蟹餐(4人份) 真的齊全除左有頂級黃油蟹以外,還有響螺湯、乳豬、龍躉腩、蝦球蚌片、花膠,還有生煎包呢~~真的十分豐富,叫一個餐,就甚麼也不用煩惱清蒸頂級黃油蟹套餐包了兩隻黃油蟹,每人可享用半隻說實在,我喜歡食蟹,但不太喜歡在外食蟹,因為實在怕麻煩而且我食蟹喜歡把牠食得乾乾淨淨,連蟹爪的肉也不放過,所以食得好慢試過自己食一隻黃油蟹,食完其中一邊,另一邊已放涼了,錯過了品嚐的最佳時機,所以半隻蟹對於我來說是剛剛好蟹身已切開兩邊上菜,豐盈的蟹膏從外觀已可觀察得到蟹脚關節位也見黃油蹤跡其實以前細個未太識欣賞黃油蟹,食蟹只鍾意食蟹肉,而家則開始懂得細味 蟹膏的甘與香蟹膏呈半流質狀,把旁邊的蟹肉都渲染成美麗的金黃色啜一啜半溶的蟹膏及黃油,層層甘香濃郁充斥着口腔不枉我每年都會期待這一刻脆皮乳豬(半隻)今次因為掛住拆蟹,所以乳豬變左攤凍左少少才享用雖然凍左,但依然皮脆入口肥美,不過因為攤凍左才食,會略感脂膩唉…蟹與乳豬兩款都要趁
