今日去中環出job,順便揾位知己共享晚餐,之前上網做了功課,決定揀呢間又有我最愛嘅生蠔又有得飲2柸嘅法式餐廳Chateau aqua oyster & wine。餐廳裝潢簡單但又不失浪漫嘅氣氛,一入門口就有個熱帶魚嘅魚魟,令我即時有種同生蠔近在止尺嘅感覺。加上場裏裏外外都放滿左各式各樣嘅酒樽,就可想像到老闆絕對是一位品酒人士。轉個角度餐廳嘅另一面仲設有間party room,可供想聚會狂歡嘅客人盡興,亦唔會打擾到其他顧客真是細心至極。話說回來,我地坐底後就有位年輕嘅侍應就同我地介紹今日嘅生蠔精選,所以我地就交由佢發板先嚟半打生蠔,分別係la boite a bijoux(紅寶石),papin,special de Clair。侍應仲細心講解三種生蠔嘅分別同食用嘅次序,仲有一種食蠔嘅禮儀,就係食完後要將蠔殼放反係個盤度。而對我自己口味嚟講我最喜歡係papin雖然味道未算係最濃,但入口時一股海水嘅咸味,隨後就係鮮,甜,飽滿嘅口感,而家唸起都仲回味無窮。另一不可不提嘅就係侍應為我地準備嘅餐酒rose d anjou,原本我知己係個不勝酒辦嘅人,但呢酒rose絕對無令佢人醉只係令佢心醉,酒裡有

另一不可不提嘅就係侍應為我地準備嘅餐酒rose d anjou,原本我知己係個不勝酒辦嘅人,但呢酒rose絕對無令佢人醉只係令佢心醉,酒裡有一股果甜,酒味唔重好好飲,又為呢餐添上唔少色彩。

接落嚟我地點左smoked salmon with tomato salad,開始時覺得個汁偏酸,但配上煙三文魚後又中和反都算唔錯有80分
