星期一至五及星期日,基本上我倆公婆都會晌屋企食早餐,而星期六喺最輕鬆,朝早最無乜嘢搞嘅日子,所以,就會出街晌美孚周圍搵吓食、輕鬆吓,之後可能行吓公園,或行一轉短山。今次嘅選擇喺盈暉薈嘅「雲石堡」,呢個場越做越沉,幾間食肆撐得住都喺完全靠街坊生意,基本上唔會有區外客過嚟,因為真喺有少少隔涉,而呢個鋪位轉過幾手,依家嘅「雲石堡」算喺做得長。 餐廳嘅格局喺L形,裝修都喺基本嘢,但有別一般茶記咁光光猛猛,都喺昏昏暗暗搞吓情調咁。全場主要都喺4人卡位,而且,將啲卡位背板都間高咗好多,所以,影出嚟嘅環境相都淨喺睇到啲板,哈哈! 由於都喺4人卡位,疫情下客人都唔願意搭枱啦,所以,部份卡位會晌枱上棟多一板間板,變相做成兩張二人枱,務求繁忙時段做多少少生意。不過,我咃星期六早市嚟,真喺客人唔多,點坐都得。 基本餐具、調味料已一早放晒晌枱,雖然環境所做嘅防疫幾好,不過,餐具無遮無掩就咁放晌上枱始終感覺無咁好,但依家喺唔喺都搵店員要杯熱水消毒吓啲餐具,求個安心。 早餐一個餐牌一板紙睇晒,A-K共11款選擇,定價$26-$40,款式都喺晌茶記慣有嘅款式;而另一版喺啲特餐、常餐、兒童餐,定價就貴啲,為$48-$

早餐一個餐牌一板紙睇晒,A-K共11款選擇,定價$26-$40,款式都喺晌茶記慣有嘅款式;而另一版喺啲特餐、常餐、兒童餐,定價就貴啲,為$48-$50,但就全日供應,萬一早餐類真喺完全無樣啱食,都仲有啲後備選擇

埋單時晌收銀處見有啲外賣單張攞,所以,掃瞄貼埋出嚟俾大家參考,睇落就應該有齊晒餐廳嘅所有出品。

炒滑蛋牛油厚多士
 
我哋所揀嘅兩款早餐,都配上炒蛋多士, 睇樣就一般般啦,因為炒滑蛋又唔喺好滑蛋樣,多士更加唔喺厚包嚟,基本上,就喺一般嘅炒蛋加多士,唔差嘅,只喺基本而已,索性擺埋一齊當蛋治咁食。

早餐K 健怡早餐 $30
 
老婆揀嘅早餐K,就哋除炒蛋多士外,仲配時菜粟米通粉,全素嘢,啱晒佢。通粉無煮過腍喺基本,但有唔少快餐店或茶記為方便,煮定一大鍋又唔過冷河或降溫,啲餘溫咪整腍晒啲通粉囉。而配以大量生菜同粟米粒,襯雞湯底,夠健康,但味道就當然會普普通通啲啦。

早餐F 特色早餐 $38
 
小弟就揀配淡牛脷湯意粉,好得意,平常啲餐廳會寫鹹牛脷,但佢哋就寫到明淡牛脷,但食落就真喺一啲都唔淡煎得幾香口,入口富柔韌感,好有牛脷嘅獨特羶香味。湯意粉亦OK啦,最緊要無煮腍都收貨喇,加上份量足,食完都好飽吓。

熱奶茶、熱檸水

呢個喺我同老婆落茶記嗌餐飲嘅慣性組合,佢唔喺嗌熱檸水,就喺熱好立克,啲檸檬落得足,又夠清香。而小弟杯奶茶稱唔上好滑,但茶底算喺芳香,稍嫌花奶多咗啲啫。

幾十蚊食個早餐,唔使準備、唔使煮,食完走得,真喺晌香港地喺落茶記、快餐店先可以咁。輕輕鬆鬆,又可以行吓短山喇!
