To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒味的浪漫每逢有人叫我介紹啊代表到香港嘅嘢食第一，我會講我嘅最愛燒賣第二，就一定係港式燒味，燒鴨燒鵝叉燒油雞切雞燒腩仔燒排骨，再加埋薑蓉撈落個飯或者湯麵度，真係不得了冇得輸！而我亦喺其他地方食過燒味，都覺得始終係香港嘅最好食😗👍🏻今次又返返嚟我嘅燒味飯堂，平時食得燒味飯總係俾人一個趕頭趕命既感覺，好似要你咋咋淋食完，就唔知趕住去邊😂呢度唔會，而且內部裝潢新式乾淨，有人流得來又唔會太嘈，啱啱好！我哋每人叫咗一個雙拼一杯嘢飲，一個叉燒燒腩仔湯米粉，一個油雞燒腩仔飯，多薑蓉芥辣，唔該！私心推介佢嘅叉燒，燒得焦香得來又唔會乾，而且肉質非常冧滑，肥瘦適中👍🏻油雞今次好好彩食到雞髀位，肉質嫩滑，雞皮好吃🙊識食燒腩仔嘅一定係點黃芥辣🤪一人一份唔使爭！雙拼嘅餸份量好足！推介俾大家，黎感受一下燒味嘅浪漫🤣
