To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一流的法國菜今天好友為我慶生，跟我來到香港歷史勝地吃個豐盛的法式午餐。皇牌美食 法式生牛肉。。。（我忘記名字了），沒有想像的「血淋淋」啊！而味道一流，吃而不膩。意次雲吞配松露醬，味道比較濃，有點兒咸，不過配面包可以對冲得到。另一款皇牌小食，法式香草焗田螺，有別於港式餐廳很多都有薯蓉做底，這個是滿滿的香草加蒜蓉，美味可口。一年一度的放肆日，我當然要留肚子吃甜點。心太軟跟焦糖燉蛋，我覺得如果我吃得下應該會即場encore一次

皇牌美食 法式生牛肉。。。（我忘記名字了），沒有想像的「血淋淋」啊！而味道一流，吃而不膩。

意次雲吞配松露醬，味道比較濃，有點兒咸，不過配面包可以對冲得到。

另一款皇牌小食，法式香草焗田螺，有別於港式餐廳很多都有薯蓉做底，這個是滿滿的香草加蒜蓉，美味可口。

一年一度的放肆日，我當然要留肚子吃甜點。心太軟跟焦糖燉蛋，我覺得如果我吃得下應該會即場encore一次
