To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔我細細個由中學開始食起，個時仲係$16一個餸，凍飲加$3既年代🤣 嘩..講起都年代久遠..🥲🥲🥲 一路以黎佢都係我既固定食堂，一兩星期點都要食一次先安落😁其實我最鐘意佢既麻辣同三哥酸辣，不過今次想清清地就叫左清湯。餸方面就叫左雞肉，牛肉，豬肉，補充下蛋白質🤩清湯呈奶白色，清甜可口，唔會太咸，係唔食辣既一個好選擇👍🏻三哥既雞肉係我十分欣賞既，雞肉嫩滑得黎又唔會肥膩，唔會有臭雞味（注意非三哥譚仔既雞肉來貨係唔同，無咁好食..應該係真頭唔好食，所以只會係三哥點雞肉），牛肉切得厚薄適中，唔會煮得好un👍🏻；豬肉腌得好入味，嫩滑而無臭豬味，好想知佢用咩腌🤔（老實講除左譚仔我出面食麵我其實唔會叫豬肉片🫣）每碗米線佢亦都會配上芽菜韭菜腐皮，成個味道好夾😋
