To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔雲南米線已經成為我的其中一個飯堂不用等位下午茶時段, 樓面阿姐好好招呼, 落單後, 好快就有野食送上。今天選了雞肉湯米線同土匪雞翼！雞肉份量不算太多，勝在夠滑嫩米線軟硬度適中，很好吃。麻辣湯底可說是整碗米線的靈魂呢！飲一啖（正）有齊麻、辣同香. 主要我愛它的味道香濃且辣。加上有份量的配料。有芽菜, 腐竹及韮菜, 味道更好,次次都飲埋個湯，飲完成頭都出汗。土匪雞翼是即叫即做的，上碟時熱騰騰的。雞翼很滑很嫩，又有肉汁，好惹味。當然唔少得加有一杯冰凍飲品, 餐牌飲品好多選擇, 今次叫了凍檸檬茶. 味道也好。下午茶食得飽飽...

米線軟硬度適中，很好吃。
麻辣湯底可說是整碗米線的靈魂呢！
