To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次又黎到我最愛既三哥，冇試新品，食返平時最愛搭配——雞肉麻辣三小雞肉嫩滑，顏色偏白。比較少軟骨位，不過咁就最好，因為我麻麻地軟骨haha😹😹呢一間分店既米線水平參差，時好時壞。有時米線會過硬，有時軟硬適中，真係幾睇彩數🤔🤔今次食既米線唔會太冧太硬。至於米味，統一批發返黎既米線水平都係一樣架啦🤔有少量米香味。最後就係湯底啦。麻辣湯底帶點麻香，伴隨住香辣味既刺痛感，十分惹味。不過我就唔係好食得辣，所以都係叫三小算啦🥲🥲
