最近疫情嚴重,困在家中多日忍不住出來走走。為食餐好改善一下心情,來到我top1喜愛的磯野水產。人一樣的多,似乎沒有受到太大影響。前菜有蔬菜條配鯷魚醬,經過特製醬汁將鯷魚腥味去掉,轉化成鮮美,令單調蔬菜條變得不平凡。這枝兵庫縣純米吟釀做promtion,$520大大枝,米味濃,配海鮮很不錯!友人另外再點了巨峰梳打及薑汽水割燒酎,如果喝太多酒都有很多選擇!今日時令西蠔來自西班牙,點了一款酸汁一款原味,個人較喜愛酸汁,少少酸味更顯生蠔的清甜!點了龍蝦海鮮拼盤,龍蝦除了刺身更做了甲羅燒。龍蝦刺身加入蟹子,口感更有趣。龍蝦肉十分鮮甜,爽囗!非常高質!剩下的龍蝦肉做了甲羅燒,毫不浪費!配餅乾一絕!鮑魚則用磯燒方法,爽囗彈牙,而且好入味,賣相好用心蟹膏用來做甲羅燒,香到不得了!creamy口感一試難忘大蜆用酒罐用上清酒燒,吸收清酒味之外又可保留蜆汁,清甜都不足以形容!帆立貝一款用清酒,保留帆立貝的鮮甜,吃的是原味!另一隻則用黑松露牛油,即燒即食,這個配搭真的好惹味!最後有海膽蟹肉炒飯,每口都吃到啖啖蟹肉,新鮮海膽加入炒飯很奢侈,但這種美味我給10分!
