話說我第一次去Sugar應該係2015年，當時係朋友帶我去既。果陣都唔覺香港興rooftop bar，所以我第一次去已經好鍾意。望住個最少180度維港景真係好正，當時就深深印左係我腦海到☺️直至而家有人問我香港既rooftop bar介紹，我第一個都係諗起Sugar，真係date night一流👍🏻餐廳仲設有音樂體驗及DJ Session，詳情可以問返職員～當晚去到好好彩仲有最後一張户外bar枱。雖然坐坐下突然落暴雨(無錯就係黑雨果晚😅)，但有太陽傘頂住，所以係到吹水影相都坐左2個鐘先走。黎到呢到一定要試cocktails。佢地新出左個限定THE SS JOURNAL COCKTAIL COLLECTION，以九大行星做主題 ，每一杯都各有特色。有選擇困難症既我地最後要侍應介紹先揀到2杯😂Neptune $145海王星，呢個特別在有加左菊花茶，飲起上黎口感醇厚，配埋枝lollipop甜得黎打卡一流🥰Mars $145火星，入邊以calamansi gin做底，加左牛油果核杏仁餅，面頭有一層super-juice foam，仲配左塊牛油果朱古力曲奇🍪飲落帶濃郁堅果味但又好清爽。Spicy

飲飲下酒有啲肚餓所以嗌左樣野食。上面係香辣吞拿魚他他，下面係炸左既脆米餅，雖然有落到山椒粉但整體屬於少辣，幾好味😋
