Restaurant: Saint's Alp Teahouse (The Westwood)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天又派去西環處理d手尾, 經過西寶城,竟然發現了我細細個就食嘅台式餐廳,綠色腳印的仙跡岩,當年台風盛行,放學就會被同學邀約去食台灣食物,最愛滷肉飯見到不用等位,今晚就入去回味一下,一坐下就有侍應生遞上菜單菜單以雜誌形式介紹,感覺新鮮, 還有真的有“隨便”這種飲品點仲有一張簡單菜單介紹套餐原來出左新野: 墨魚丸麵同玫瑰特飲睇來睇去,樣樣都想試,可惜胃得一個, 所以最後決定點豬頸肉滷肉飯配玫瑰荔枝特飲豬頸肉滷肉飯:份量適中,豬頸肉彈牙,滷肉味濃,肉碎多,唔鹹玫瑰荔影特飲:賣相吸引,用高杯載,像個白裡透紅的少女,將底下的玫瑰醬搞勻,立即變身Pink lady, 味道方面荔枝味較重,略帶微玫瑰味
