Passion我食過好多次,最鍾意佢招牌的Mango Mont Blanc,即使我一向唔鍾意食栗子蛋糕,都覺得呢個Mont Blanc好味!鍾意佢栗子蓉唔會過多和過甜,配合埋中間的芒果餡和香滑忌廉,味道十分清新,絕對好味過Angelina的招牌栗子蛋糕!今次去還試了一個新款蛋糕名為La boule caramel,外型上花左小小心思,好似一個炸彈仔,但味道無咩突破,焦糖味又唔夠明顯。我一向鍾意飲朱古力,就算朱古力配蛋糕好似會很膩,我仍然會照飲呢杯熱朱古力在香港餐廳的質素黎講算唔錯,濃度剛剛好,質地幾滑,飲得杯落。鍾意飲杯野食件cake的人,推介你黎呢度,但要有心理準備等位,或者「被等位」,因為呢度人流幾旺。
